Welcome to drop.stene.xyz! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use 
of the drop.stene.xyz website and services ("Service"), provided by Johnny 
Stene. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them 
carefully.

1. Description of Service
drop.stene.xyz provides a platform for temporary file sharing. Files 
uploaded to drop.stene.xyz are available for download for a period of
48 hours from the time of upload, after which they are automatically 
deleted.

2. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload and share using 
  drop.stene.xyz.

3. Prohibited Uses
- You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. By 
  using the Service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and 
  regulations in your jurisdiction.
- You may not upload or share any content that is illegal in Canada or 
  violates any Canadian laws or regulations.
- You may not use an automated system, including but not limited to, 
  scripts, bots, scrapers, or other software, to access the Service except
  through officially provided websites, clients, or APIs.

4. Intellectual Property
Johnny Stene retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service,
including all related intellectual property rights. You may not modify, 
adapt, translate, or create derivative works based upon the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties 
of any kind, either express or implied. Johnny Stene disclaims all 
warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of 
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Johnny Stene be liable for any direct, indirect, 
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, but
not limited to, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible
losses, resulting from: 
(i) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Service; 
(ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; 
(iii) any content obtained from the Service; and
(iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or 
     content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including 
     negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not you have 
     informed Johnny Stene of the possibility of such damage, and even if a 
     remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential 
     purpose.

7. Modification of Terms
Johnny Stene reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. 
It is your sole responsibility to regularly review these terms in case of any
updates.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
